Delies ice cream. A variety of flavors. It was not possible to combine flavors in an ice cream ball. They were not allowed to taste and choose.

Genuinely gelatos! All of us enjoyed our individual flavors which were prepared after placing the orders.

Nice gelato spot. They have a good variety of gelato. Some are a lot sweeter than others but they tasted good and high quality.Good for people watching as well. Can be a line up but goes fast!

Around 40 flavors of awesome icecream served by nice friendly and helpful staff. You can even have take out icecream and enjoy all the goodness at the comfort of your home. I personally love the place! I come here pretty often and leave feeling like they deserve 5 stars everytime 😁👌

I took my students here on Friday to celebrate a student, and the man working there kindly gave all 4 teachers gelato for free! What a wonderful and thoughtful act! Thank you to the man who made my day!

Very friendly staff with super tasty gelato! What more can you ask for? They have a great selection of flavors. This location does lack a large sit down area but it’s great on the go. I got the fererro rocher and the stracciatella. Both were very creamy and powerful in flavor. They are conveniently located on the Robson strip and a short walk from the sky train station. Definitely coming back here for a treat!

This gelato place has so many flavours! No doubt you'll find one that will suit your tastes. Kinda pricy though for how much you get. However they do give you a small spoon so you can eat slower and enjoy the ice cream for a longer period of time. Like most ice cream shops, come here if you want to try an exotic flavour like whiskey, or lavender vanilla. If you just want a quick cold treat, McDonald's is nearby.

Oh my gosh....the BEST! Staying at the Rosedale on Robson for school and found this place across the street. Made it my nightly stop. The guys are freakin AWESOME that serve you. Hope to be back over soon!

Best Ice Cream place in town!! Variety 10/10 Flavours 10/10 Service 10/10 Quality 10/10. The owner works extremely hard to always improve the place in many ways. People are complaining that you are not allowed to test, but that just started since Covid-19. They are also doing a great job at keeping everything clean and safe.

Absolutely delicious!!! Had the Ferrero Roche gelato and was pleasantly surprised!!! Lots of flavour and lots of actual Ferrero Roche pieces made this a genuine experience. Service is great too!!! Quick and professional and very friendly.

Kind of a gimmick. It does produce a denser type of ice cream than traditional gelato, but it took far too long to prepare and the flavour was mediocre. Would not recommend unless you want to see your ice cream made in front of your eyes as a type of spectacle.

OMG their cherry gelato is to die for! Tho my daughter favored their avocado gelato. But that's just weird.

What's up with all the good reviews? It's pretentious, expensive and slow. Does it taste better than other places? No. And the dulce de leche is called "de latte"....

It's a small place if you're lucky you'll find a sit in order to enjoy your icecream.

Wasn't sure about this whole nitrogen-ice cream fad but this place convinced me it's pretty good. I got the cookie monster cone which is spectacular and a good value too, but my friends got the more regular flavours which, while delicious, were suprisingly more expensive than my dolled-up monster cone. Would definitely go here again.

The gelato here was so good! It was so creamy and rich, very tasty. Lots of flavour options. I got chocolate and watermelon and enjoyed both. The fruit flavours are really natural and light tasting. A nice treat and friendly service.

Service was reasonably quick even when very busy; staff were friendly, polite and helpful, and the gelato was absolutely delicious.

Great selection, high pricesWe were impressed by the 30+ flavor options. A bit overwhelmed, we tasted several before making selections. My two scoops of salted caramel and coconut was spectacular. My son chose dark chocolate and was delighted. My wife's large smile spoke well of her two-scoop cone. All total, we spent about $20 CDN. That was about 10-15% more than we spent elsewhere on a prior day, but the selection was much smaller. We would happily pay that premium for the great selection available at Gelato Express.

Amazing place, on the good side open till 11pm, I try the dulce de leche and was very good, very good size and price. I will for sure come back here. Good selection of flavours for a relative small store, very good customer device and decor

One of the best ice cream places in Vancouver if not the best. The cherry mania is one of a kind. Taro is delicious and so many other flavors.

The Ferrero Rocher gelato was magnificent.

under new ownership and rebadged as Gelato Express N2, the new place looses the neat additions like syrup filled styringes and opts for more regular fair. Ice cream is still made to order and cookie monster is still blue, but the hype and neato factor during last year's Nitrogen Ice Cream fad is missing, what's left is pricy, but made to order ice cream which is good, but like Japadog appeals to the niche and whimsical crowd in the downtown core, rather then the daily regulars.

This place was a great surprise, I have always missed a good gelato place on this dude of downtown. I will go back several times, in order to try all the extended range of flavours offered.

Ice cream quality is good - but not exceptional compared to the competition in Vancouver. However, the reason for my low rating is the very small quantity they provide relative to the high price they charge. I ordered a double scoop for $7.5 and got two measly scoops that would qualify for kid size in most places. Better find another place.
